Meet Goodluck
Goodluck fell into the fire and suffered third degree burns on his upper body. He needed medical attention but suffered needlessly as he could not get the care he required.
Goodluck lives with his mother and his older brother and sister. They all stay in one room and share one bed. His mother has AIDS and makes a small income selling bananas by the roadside. She struggles to provide for the whole family. She would like to take a tailoring course and increase her income for the wellbeing of her children.
In Tanzania, one in three households live below the poverty line, households with children like Goodluck.
